What You Can Expect
Gothic Mysteries Lenormand is a totally original tarot deck.
The focus of the deck is on oracles, meaning it is ideal for those who intend to use it as a seeing tool. While the cards are stunning, the artwork perfect right down to the smallest details, the deck itself is also practical.
You can handle it easily, the cards neither too soft nor too sharp, so that time and again, you will be able to deal out a hand for yourself and look ahead to the other realm.
There will be three distinct editions of Gothic Mysteries Lenormand available.
* The Classic Edition
This is the standard deck. You get all of the cards that you would expect out of a tarot deck, without any of the frills or special modifications that we are offering in the other editions.
* The Limited Edition
If you want this collector’s edition, you need to act quickly. We are producing only 890 copies, each one numbered, and once we have sold out of those, we will not be producing any more.
* The Wooden-Box Edition
For this edition, the box is every bit as magnificent as the deck itself. This is an even more exclusive version of the deck: only 333 copies will be available.
All of the cards, embellished with golden edges, are true masterpieces, and as such, we have chosen to package them in a gold-colored bag, which will go inside the variant of the box that you select.
Vera Petruk has completed all of the artwork and licensed it to us. We have worked diligently to select partners, ensuring that we are showing her mastery the respect that it deserves.
The mockups of the boxes and cards are exquisite, matching our high expectations for this deck.
Next, we need to finish designing the wooden box, connect with suppliers, and go through the final prototyping and production steps.
We at Silver Cat Editions are passionate about tarot cards. Our founder, Denise, has collected more than 2,000 decks, both oracles and sibyls, some dating all the way back to the late 19th century.
